"The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself has all the facilities - gym, parking, WiFi, breakfast, bar, etc., but the building needs a big update…..actually surprised it still wears a Sheraton badge."

"I understand it’s a tad dramatic of a review, BUT for those of us booking a stay outside of a Airbnb or dedicated bed and breakfast, hotel stays like this don’t get much better; everything one could ask for was present -cleanliness, professional service, room quality, and nice amenities all around. Very nice stay and in a safe area, would strongly recommend to anyone considering it as a potential stay. "

"First time staying in Philly and wasn’t sure what to expect. Pleasantly surprised! Everybody seemed very friendly and the staff at the hotel were very accommodating. Seamless check in and check out! Housekeeping was sweet as pie! Only thing that I wasn’t used to was paying to park. We stayed 2 nights and paid $40 a night to park ($80 total) however, the hotel rate was great and the convenience of not worrying about where to park the car the whole time made it worth it! Hotel is basically attached to a mall, movie theatre, and an AMAZING market! Overall such a great experience!"
