"Everything was amazing: the quick and friendly check-in, the helpful staff member who escorted us to our room with the luggage, and the room with the hot tub was clean, comfortable, and perfect for large families – probably one of the best family rooms I've stayed in. I was initially concerned about the salty water in the pools, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The check-out process was also quick, and the kind front desk lady was very accommodating with my late check-out request."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Ariadne Beach Hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was clean and well equipped with terrific views of Mirabello Bay. We were half-board and the food was fantastic and the waiting staff just lovely. The beautiful Gargadoros beach is only a short stroll away on which we spent many happy days. We will definitely be returning!"

"Minos Palace is a gorgeous property with wonderful staff and top notch service. The hotel was able to arrange a taxi for us from and to the airport. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a larger room with a nicer sea view, received a very warm welcome with a welcome drink and tour of the hotel. The food is excellent, every staff member is very friendly and attentive, and the amenities were fantastic - spa, restaurant, lounge area with live music & DJ, pool, beach, and wellness activities like yoga and sound baths. It's also a short walk to the town. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting, and would easily stay here again. "Old resort needs a bit construction We got the royal vila room The bathroom wasnt good We had no phone line in the room to call reception so we had to go all the time Never fixed even i asked 4 times The bathroom they fixed after the second day Food was so so.. iv seen beter in other hotels The hotel is big and far from any place to go "
