"Thomas as friendly and took care of our checking quickly. The young lady in the breakfast room was caring and even wished ‘safe travels’. This is refreshing and beyond her duties. I appreciated that very much. Wish that I would know her name. Our room was clean and had expected amenities. There was just a snow storm so the parking had ice boulders and was covered making it difficult to know where curbs were, but we still made it pretty easily. "
