"Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, Sky tv. Very small room and bathroom, no wardrobe, ok for us as we really only slept there. Parts of it had been refurbished but there was a door with damage to it and a blind and a window needing repair. Possibly also used for emergency housing? Reasonable price point."

"From arrival to departure we were very impressed with our treatment and the accommodation pod we had booked. There are only cafe facilities at the weekend therefore the need to travel for food and drink was unavoidable but it is only a short drive into Gisborne. The beaches close by are a surfers paradise so would certainly suit the adventurous person, though not myself. An all round excellent stay. "

"Spacious, clean room. Well equipped; had an actual oven. Free laundry was a nice touch. Knives need sharpening and could use a vegetable peeler. I could not find any recycling containers; that would be a positive addition. Otherwise great facility."
