"Stayed for 2 nights in a shared female dormitory. The room was comfortable to sleep in. You have your own bathroom in your room but the hot and cold shower was kinda confusing it goes super hot and super cold. They have common bathrooms too but needs maintenance. Good location for the party districts and also walking distance to Century City Mall. If your planning to go to Ayala, Makati it is also walking distance around 30 mins. The hotel is kinda artsy. "Decent place to stay if you're in Makati. Walking distance to most places in Poblacion. This property seems like a hotel/condo. Some of the residents there were super loud from the afternoon til 8 in the morning. And I'm usually not a light sleeper. The aircon is cool, the wifi is reliable. It's affordable. That's about it"
