"Very convenient location, literally 100 m from the station. Close to main shopping / dining area. Very clean, relatively spacious rooms. Washing machine is great for a longer stay. Would definitely stay there again."

"Location is superb. Walking distance to dotonborri around 1.6 km which saves the hassle of train. Kuromon market is just around the corner which makes food option easy. Would recommend to have cleaning supplies handy as we stayed 3 nights and would be nice to be able to clean the floors or area while we are there. "Room was very nice and big considering other hotels in the area. It is a self check in/out system, so you really cannot check in until the time given. Everything is electronic/virtual. "

"Absolutely loved the apartment like style to this hotel. Was able to comfortably fit 4 adults. Self check in/out and services were very prompt and easy to understand. Only blip was the inability to transport luggage directly to hotel due to no staff available to receive luggage. Sister hotel which was a very easy short walk was able to receive the luggage for us, however the from and to (Kyoto hotel to respective Osaka hotel) took a lot of time due to miscommunication with phone calls or...

We had a sick kid with us and we weren’t allowed to bring food to the room to him (even though we had a kitchen!) not were they able to provide accurate advice regarding a medical clinic (just some out of date brochures). "Love the space! With a family of 5, there is ample room for everyone and space for 4 big luggages and loads of shopping bag. I stayed for 12nights, and tne only con was that there isnt room service where the rooms get cleaned. It got a little dusty after a week and got a bit uncomfortable. But overall, great place and location. We enjoyed it. "

"エアストリームに二人で泊まりました。雰囲気はとってもいいのですが、この時期さすがに暑いです…。近場の温泉のチケットがもらえるのですが、そこがとっても良かったです。ぜひ行ってください。いろいろと説明不足な感じはあるのですが、グランピングだからこんなものでしょうか。 BBQは結構ボリュームあります。ただ、味付けが濃い。。朝ごはんはおいしいですよ。虫除けはあった方がいいです。"

"It is close to a JR station and a metro station, convenient to get around Osaka and to places outside Osaka. The area is also quiet, the room is clean and appliances provided were thoughtful and useful. There are also food places nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"This is a monster hotel right in the thick of Osaka station. So for convenience it can't be beat. At first we found the room very small but grew to appreciate how smartly designed it was. The shower was huge and water pressure incredible. Also liked the separate toilet and sink so two people could get ready at the same time. The beds weren't rock hard either which is a rarity in Japan. We had a great view of the city as well and were able to Chromecast easily. This was super appreciated as we could have our same bedtime routine as at home. Only minor complaints were ones not within the hotel's control. With so many guests getting in and out of elevators in a timely manner was sometimes tough. "

"Hotel is really close right Shinsaibashi metro station, across from a family mart and 7/11. Lots of great restaurants nearby too. Room was clean and beds and pillows were amazing. We enjoyed our 3 days/2 nights here. They allowed us to store our luggage when we checked out so we could explore Osaka for another half day. We enjoyed Bespoke Shisaibashi location, we booked the rest of our Tokyo trip at Bespoke Shinjuku location. "
