"It was our first time staying at a Mimaru and we had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful and clean for our family of 5. The hotel is walking distance to Kuromon market and Dotonbori. There are also subway lines about a 5 minute walk away and a Family Mart just a couple steps away. It is also very easy to have luggage transported to and from the hotel. "Property was brand new with washer in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the distance to nearest train station is around 500-600m or 10 min walking to Namba. Also, no luggage delivery service was available at the hotel at that time."

"Great communication in English. We had a problem with the electric lock and they solved it quickly and effectively. Great soundproofing for an apartment right on top of the railroad tracks."

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"Good budget friendly hotel for family accommodation "

"Place was nice and clean. They held onto our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out without charging us a fee. Cheap food nearby. Lots of Vietnamese food nearby too if you like Vietnamese food. Close to train station. McDonalds 5 min away if your craving a burger at night. Will stay again!"

"エアストリームに二人で泊まりました。雰囲気はとってもいいのですが、この時期さすがに暑いです…。近場の温泉のチケットがもらえるのですが、そこがとっても良かったです。ぜひ行ってください。いろいろと説明不足な感じはあるのですが、グランピングだからこんなものでしょうか。 BBQは結構ボリュームあります。ただ、味付けが濃い。。朝ごはんはおいしいですよ。虫除けはあった方がいいです。"

"Very convenient location, literally 100 m from the station. Close to main shopping / dining area. Very clean, relatively spacious rooms. Washing machine is great for a longer stay. Would definitely stay there again."

"This is a monster hotel right in the thick of Osaka station. So for convenience it can't be beat. At first we found the room very small but grew to appreciate how smartly designed it was. The shower was huge and water pressure incredible. Also liked the separate toilet and sink so two people could get ready at the same time. The beds weren't rock hard either which is a rarity in Japan. We had a great view of the city as well and were able to Chromecast easily. This was super appreciated as we could have our same bedtime routine as at home. Only minor complaints were ones not within the hotel's control. With so many guests getting in and out of elevators in a timely manner was sometimes tough. "

"Hotel is really close right Shinsaibashi metro station, across from a family mart and 7/11. Lots of great restaurants nearby too. Room was clean and beds and pillows were amazing. We enjoyed our 3 days/2 nights here. They allowed us to store our luggage when we checked out so we could explore Osaka for another half day. We enjoyed Bespoke Shisaibashi location, we booked the rest of our Tokyo trip at Bespoke Shinjuku location. "
