"Overall the property was nice, however, I was dissapointed at the condition of my room. The fixtures were dirty, room was dusty. cracks in bathroom floor tile, dirty grout, tons of dust on hvac vents(the air quality made me cough), charging equipment very dusty, headboard included. I have taken several pictures which I will provide upon request. So All in all, the room was below 4 star expectation, 3star at best. "What a lovely place! We were very pleased. Breakfast was great and glad we signed up. Most interesting, you can get to the garage through the Hotel without going outside. Beautiful. All staff was super helpful. "

"Hotel was truly lovely. Everyone working there were very helpful and accommodating. Our room was very nice, bed very comfortable. Restaurant was excellent for breakfast and allowed us to order a simple egg and toast that was not on the menu. Great area near all the museums."
