"This was our second visit to the Manava. Great location, close to the airport, ferry and rental cars. Restaurants close by walking and several stores near by. The overwater bungalows are fantastic, especially if you get the ones facing out to the ocean."

"We stayed 3 nights in an overwater bungalow. It was very clean, bed was comfortable and cleaning staff were very good. However, like many other reviews of the restaurant and staff there, it was highly lacking for a 5 star resort. We stayed at a VRBO on the west side of the island for 12 days before going to the Sofitel. Every local restaurant we ate at was much better food and service. Our 1st night at Sofitel we tried the restaurant. Our waiter took our drink and meal order and we never saw...

"There was no dinner at the time, I missed the reason. And no tea or coffee making facilities in room I thought was standard now. It's at least a 5 or 10min walk to anywhere. I had had weather do didnt get to snorkel out front which looked awesome."
