Only thing to be mindful of for other guests would be to say the property doesnt make clear that they wont send you details of how to self check in until the actual day of your arrival, as you need a door pincode to access your room, and its very difficult to make contact with the property. "We stayed at Bron Y Graig for just one night during a sports weekend. It’s a beautiful and comfortable guest house with stunning views. We enjoyed chilling out in the bar room playing games and chatting. I adore William Morris print so the decor at Bron Y Graig brought me so much joy! Sadly, we had to leave before breakfast which was such a shame because the smells coming out from the kitchen were delicious!"

"The room was very spacious and comfortable. The property is old (steeped in history) but the room had all the features we needed. The instructions were excellent and the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. The bed was a little creaky and the pillows were a little thin/soft for my preferences, but perfectly comfortable and adequate. Great value for money. Great location. Highly recommend the breakfast!! "This is high quality b and b we stayed here for new year's eve and had a lovely time we was welcomed and the host was very friendly and helpful we would definitely stay here again, the rooms was clean and the beds was really comfortable, there was lovely little touches to the room and snacks and biscuits and little chocolates on the pillow the furniture and towels was high quality thank you for a welcoming stay "

"Lovely staff, easy check in, fantastic room very comfy and clean and had everything we could have wished for. The only down side was someone was hammering on the front door for half an hour at 4.30am which woke us up but will definitely stay here again. Haven’t tried the breakfast yet as it’s only 7am but I’m told it’s wonderful!"

"We have just returned from two fantastic nights at Rondeva. The location is perfect! Warm, cosy and comfortable. Waking to watch the sunrise, whilst seeing the rowers on the river - just brilliant! Highly recommend and we very much hope to be back. The host, Chris, was on hand if needed but he has everything covered, so we didn’t! "

I was locked out of my accommodation on the first night and had to sleep elsewhere on a couch because the auto key arrangements were not made and I could not gain access to my room. "Lovely bnb on the edge of s horse farm. Our host was very welcoming and we really felt we had a stay in the countryside. Polly, the host gives great dinner recommendations. If traveling by car Make sure you call ahead to know to drive past the barn- we confused ours and a quick call to Polly sorted that out. Would come back!"

"It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."

"Great base for exploring North Wales and Chester. Loved the kitchen area. The huge table was excellent for playing games around. Kitchen had everything we needed for 14 of us. Loved that each room had their own bathroom. Would have liked an additional towel per room. Some of the TVs didn't work but we didn't use them so it didn't make a difference to us. Mattresses were a little uncomfortable but still managed to get a decent sleep. Extra pillows would have been nice too. Excellent communication...
