"The property did not look like the pictures on Expedia website which seem photoshopped, the sign has fell of the front of the hotel and the hotel room had stains on the walls and roof. The hotel is also part farm and the animals look sick. Maybe this was a nice hotel in the past but now it’s just not fit for purpose."

"This is a beautifully designed small guest house in a remote but beautiful location. The housekeeper who speaks Thai talked through a translation app but was lovely friendly and helpful. I had a little difficulty as the owner had told her to put me in the wrong room, but I did get moved. The room with the terrace or the balcony facing the river are best. "We had a magical time staying at Ban Rai Tin Thai Ngarm Eco Lodge. This is a family run lodge surrounded by their beautiful garden and the mountains, a paradise away from the city. The hosts are the most hospitable people I have ever met, they made us feel welcome immediately. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts give advice and maps of the area to explore. My only regret is not staying longer, I never wanted to leave. If you are thinking about booking here, do it, you will not regret it!"

"Has restaurant bar and cafe but had no beer and only instant sachet for coffee , staff not helpful and can’t speak English , nice rooms but wouldn’t stay again expensive and definitely not worth the money "
