"Amazing visit with friends. The staff was exceptional. The concierge arranged a driver for us and we felt very safe visiting the city, knowing we had a way back to the hotel. The concierge was absolutely the BEST! Everything he recommended was top notch. We made the most of our quick visit and he was exceptional at guiding us. "

"This is a beautiful resort! It’s on a steep property and not always easy to get a transport around the property. Many golf carts, but not always operating them efficiently. If buying soda, stick to the Pepsi at 35 baht vs. the Coca Cola at 110 baht. 😳 All in all amazing property and nice staff. "

"The property has a quiet and well maintained garden for a comfortable walk. The staff is friendly and pool facility is clean. There are slides in the pool area for children. The room is spacious and some rooms have own balcony. The morning breakfast item choices are less attractive with limited choices of western food."

"Not enough can be said about the helpfulness of the staff at this Four Seasons. They had a considerable number of activities that were both educational and fun to break up the day between dips in the pool for families with younger children. Would definitely stay here again if/when I were to return to the Chiang Mai area. We were so happy with the resort that I felt bad leaving for the various excursions we planned. I could not recommend more highly."
