"The property was modern, clean and nicely appointed. We needed to discuss the checkin process with the property manager and she was very responsive and accommodating. Our checkin was very smooth. The only negative was the neighbors air conditioner that you can see from the pics is next to the subject property lanai. That air conditioner, when running was so loud it masked the sound of the surf when we were on the lanai, and we could hear it when we were in the unit and the door was closed. ...

"Island Sands was my home over 30 years ago. It’s where I had my wedding ceremony (on the green space) and reception around the pool. Coming back and sharing it with my adult children was amazing plus seeing the beautiful grounds again was a happy moment. Mahalo!"

"This condo was furnished with so much—beach towels and chairs, lots of scuba supplies, etc. Its in a great location for getting around the island and it has a gorgeous view from the lanai. Saw turtles and whales right from the property. Only downside was that the AC is in the sitting area so it was hard to get to the guest bedroom. The shoreline has had weather damage so could not directly access beach but we knew that ahead of time. Still can get there though. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Jon’s place. The location was perfect as it was just a few steps from the beach, which during our stay was very private. We are a family of five with young children and were very comfortable. The unit came with everything we needed i.e. linens, towels, beach chairs and a well stocked kitchen (pots/pans/utensils etc). We look forward to a return visit!"
