"We stayed 5 nights here and, although small, the condo had everything we needed plus some. Owners left a lovely note and a snack basket of specialty Maui snacks and coffee. Such a nice touch. Actual building is a bit older. But the condo had nice comfy furniture and updated appliances including a washer and dryer in the unit. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunset. Communication with owners was friendly and prompt. We would stay here again if we visit Maui."

"The owners of this property helped me out when I was in a tough spot. Their quick communication and flexibility got me in quickly, which was a lifesaver. I had stayed at this property a year ago, so I knew it would be clean. They had made some improvements since the last time I was there. They added additional air conditioning units, which was nice. If you have ever stayed in Maalaea, you know air conditioning isn’t mandatory, because there is a constant sea breeze, that can cool down a condo immediately, but if you need to close the doors and windows for some reason, the AC is nice. We had a great experience for a second time, so we plan to just rent this unit from now on. As you can see from the photos, this unit is fully furnished and the kitchen has everything you need, but the decorating is minimal and tasteful. This is especially nice if you have children with you, because you don’t have to worry about them as much as you would in an over decorated property. I know this might sound minor, but one thing I love about this unit is that the color of the couch perfectly matches the color of the ocean. When you look out from the kitchen, it just really looks nice. The washer and dryer are handy and we used it almost every day. "
