"Everything was great and the service was spectacular. However, on the morning of checkout (Sun, Sept 8), it was noisy in the halls with the cleaning staff in full swing. I still had 2.5 hours before check out and they were already knocking on my room door! The woman who cleaned my room on Sat, Sept 7 was superb, though. Friendly, nice and very helpful. Thank you!"

Something that might not seem special, but was: My wife immigrated to the US in 2016 and earned her citizenship during the Covid pandemic. This was her first time in Washington DC and the staff had put her name on the television screen on our second day. She was ecstatic! "
