"The staff were amazing. Helpful, personable and easy to work with. The breakfast cafe had really good selections and the staff again, were so good. The locks on my door didn’t work well, the carpeting in my room was filthy, and had sticky spots. No one bothered to empty my room garbages, so had garbage piled up when I left. But it was close to the light rail, and the staff made the stay really comfortable."
