My truck was broke into back window busted out along with 7 other guests windows. Staff didn’t contact the police or let the other guest know what happened. Told to contact the police on our own and figure it out ourselves. The police and the front desk clerk said this has been a issue for a very long time yet no cameras put around property or security

Room clean and comfortable. Issue with television/cable was remedied within a couple of hours, while out of their control at front desk, communication with guests could have been better. Overall a pleasant experience, I have no problem recommending this property and will be staying there in the future.

The suite was nice, but there were not sheets on the fold-out bed. We had three people, so I thought that would be a given. When we called down, instead of bringing the sheets to us, we had to go get them ourselves. We were not supplied with pillows for that bed.

Someone needs to inspect this property for safety, cleanliness and staff knowledge. It's bad enough that I will notify the city of Lubbock on what is happening at this business.

I Had move from the first room they gave us because it smelled bad and the shower was not working good and the door was very hard to open and close. The second room was a little better as far as smell but the shower didn't work right in that room either and the refrigerator was in the middle of the room it wouldn't fit in the cabinet Then I checked my bank account and saw Expedia changed $169.26 which was right and the motel changed me $136.06 which should not have been changed. I called the motel and their supposed to putting the 136.06 back on my card. I'm not happy with this motel and will never stay there again.
