"One of the BEST stays in a hotel/resort I have had in a long time. Absolutely perfect! Both check in and check out hosts were amazing, room was VERY clean and comfortable, grounds were clean, peaceful and the beach on the property gave great views. Any time I come down, this will be my choice for stays!"

"OMG. Is this really a KOA? This is better than most 5 star resorts I have ever stayed at. Yes it is a RV resort, but they have two "wings" with small and large type apartments, I was in the smaller one #103 in the North building. First of all check in was a breeze and the girls at the front desk where super friendly and even let us check in a little bit early. Upon entering the unit I was blown away at how new these units where and how super clean. My unit had a studio type area with a pull out couch, new appliances HUGE TV that you could watch from the other side of the room. The bedroom had a queen size bed with a smaller TV mounted to -the wall, the bed and linen was super comfortable. The unit also has a FULL size washer dryer, amazing. The bathroom although did not have a tub the shower was fantastic with dual shower heads and great pressure and heat. The balcony was one of our favorite places to hang out in the morning with coffee and in the evening with a few cocktails, the ocean breeze made it delightful to sit out there and relax and chat. The only thing I could add and am being picky here is to add a bug screen on the patio doors so you could allow some fresh air in the unit. Oh I must say the AC was FANTASTIC, you could not hear anything when the AC switched on as all the AC ubits are mounted on the side of the building and not in the window or inside the unit. The resort itself has a great pool, fantastic store and a great bar with a place to eat. Only 20 mi"

"Our family of five adults and a dog had a fantastic week at this beautiful house! We had plenty of space, it was super clean and well kept. The countertop ice maker was definitely appreciated! We didn’t cook but all the tools you could need are there. We did place an Instacart order from Publix for a few things and delivery was no problem. Lots of restaurants are within a short drive and Kiki’s right down the road was a plus and had great food. We spent most mornings and evenings hanging out on the porch enjoying the breeze. Little Torch is a great location for going down to Key West or up to Marathon. We took our dog to Veterans Memorial Park, it’s a small but nice beach a little ways past Bahia Honda. At the house you can step into the water if you’d like (wear water shoes, the concrete can be slick) we didn’t as there were many jellyfish. We enjoyed looking into the water at the various marine life and I saw manatees off the pier at Kiki’s. My conversations with Susan were wonderful, she gave me a call before we arrived and made us feel better about coming down (hurricane Milton had just passed through Florida). I’ll definitely book this house again if possible the next time we come down! "
