"very nice facility almost brand new. Has a huge balcony, a large living room room, full kitchen bedroom and a very modern bath. I looked around and I think it was a very good deal. There were cheaper places, but when you dig into the reviews from filthy room to bedbugs makes you think twice."

"This is an older property, likely developed in the 60’s. We were greeted warmly despite our early arrival. We stayed in a double twin room named “Tuna.” On entering the space there was a strong smell of cleanser. It adjoined two lodging areas on either side. We were able to hear a bit of conversation on both sides. The beds were comfy, the tea and coffee well stocked. My greatest distraction was the condition of the bathroom, considerably in need of updating. While the shower was good and strong...

"A very tranquil location. Upscale construction that doesn't seem quite finished. There are bikes and kayaks on site for guests. Located right on the water but the beach is not swimmable due to shallow water and limestone/reefs. A very lite Continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. A good location if you are looking for peace and quiet. ."

"The home had everything you could need or want in a vacation home. Venture out is a large park with lots of amenities but surprisingly quiet. It’s in a great location to visit Key West or Marathon. I will definitely consider a stay here when I return to the Keys."
