"Room was clean and roomy. Was upgraded to handicap room. Was supposed to have walk in tub but didn’t. A little disappointed but okay. For a handicap room the bed shouldn’t be so high for the person with the handicap to get into. The doors to the entrance should open automatically. Also the chair in the room should not roll. A handicap person could get hurt falling. My wife fell but was not hurt."

"I have stayed there before. So, I generally go where i loked the environment. The room was disappointing due to the bathroom it needs updates i couldn't close the bathroom door. The shower tub situation was uninviting which was a bummer cause i wanted to take a shower the shower head unacceptable the tub stopper was not attached the room overall needs to be revamped. The staff were exceptional friendly etc. When i come back i hope maybe not room 409 unless remodeling has went on. I think it...

"We choose do to proximity to the airport. They were revamping the hotel. Which does effect us in any way. Felt bad for lobby hostess, she had some guy (non guest) bugging her for the Wi-Fi."
