"This house really is great for all ages! Large enough to have some space when you need it and open enough for large groups to gather. The pool was of course a big hit for the kids along with the game room! The short walk to a very nice beach area was perfect (the wagon in the garage is useful!) The washer and dryer were handy for all the pool towels we used daily. Any issues we ran into were quickly resolved by the owner. We were able to watch the rocket launch from the balcony--wow! "House was very clean. Wish there was a book of instructions on various items, like the pool and hot tub. It wasn’t supplied with very much. Thought there would be a little more supplies. Overall was a very nice house but instuctions and some basic supplies would have madeIt over the top. "
