Staff was nice and welcoming. Stepped on roach right upon entering room. Pool was warm, Hot tub, warm, but not hot. Was attended to every morning, but not clear. Trash/liquor bottles left around pool area still there after pool care 10am. Pool should open even a little earlier than 10AM. Breakfast was great. Great location with boardwalk close to beach, grills, picnic tables. Overall has a lot of potential, but trash could be kept up way better in parking lots and common areas. Could use some major updates and care. Only a few pool chairs and torn/worn. Cracks under doors.

The accommodation are adequate. The pull out couch was well stained but the rest of the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing we did not like was we could not get the internet in our room. The locks on the door had been broken off but dead bolted.

Visiting SPI for the first time and chose to stay the Ramada. It wasn't anything special or highclass but it was very clean, affordable and the location was perfect! I was definitely stay here again and recommend it to any one looking for a place to stay during Dec.

Our room was spacious and clean. We had a Jacuzzi that was comfortable and everything worked in the room. The pool area needs some work and the hot tub was greenish. It was an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to some cool nature walks. The breakfast was ok.

We’ve always stayed here before however this time we paid $25 to go in early due to back issues we needed to rest after our drive, we were given a room all the way to the back of the hotel by the fence the room smelled like pee, the grass to the entrance was high, a dog barking at 6;30 a.m and I went to the hot tub it was very dirty & water was warm & splashing high waters, after complaining we got the $25 refund

The room was actually clean until we saw that there were remains of French fries. We didn't sleep at night because there were cockroaches on the beds and on the floor, and at night they disconnect the phones so you don't call the office.
