"Staff were really friendly and worked really hard to keep the guests happy. There was a great variety of food in the morning for breakfast and tasted great. We stayed in a family room and it was large although on the lower ground so not a great balcony although meters away from the pool and the restaurant. I would recommend the hotel and would stay here again."

"This complex is ideally situated and not to hilly. Nice apartment, lovely pool but what really makes it is the pool bar and restaurant. Food is excellent and great prices for food and drink. Full English breakfast is quality and have heard that the Sunday roast is the best on the island, Will try next time. Apartment has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. 👍"

"Maria @reception was my favourite, helpful friendly, she made time to speak to me. I valued E103, my nest for 5 left vely days. Having requested a quiet location, it was perfect. There was no apartment above me, in fact the complex is designed this way. Wished that I was able to participate in the outdoor yoga classes. Wanted to check out the library though time was too short. There was a helpful, cheerful bar tender from Calandria & I loved how she ensured my cava glass was filled to the brim! I liked the spacious interior of my apartment, cosy beds, plenty cutlery & hot water. There could have been more crockery & it would have been useful if condiments like salt & pepper were supplied."

"Looking at the reviews i was unsure what to expect. Property was clean, quiet and staff were friendly. It wasnt mentioned the childrens entertainer would be there. Will was amazing, pool side entertainment and games until 6pm. No digger noises at all. The hotel was very quiet. Sunbathing - once the sun has gone from the pool (about5pm) there is a sun terrace at the back of the property with loungers and plenty of sun. Rooms are basic but everything you need for self catering and well equipped. Rooms cleaned daily. Bar is open in the eveni g, but not many people go as there is plenty to see just a short walk away. "At the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly which was a nice added touch. The hotel was very clean. We had half board. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent with lots of choice, and there was entertainment every evening. The hotel was in nice quiet area, but if you walk along the promenade which was close by you find several beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and other activities. Playa de las Americas is about a 15 minutes walk although it is easy to catch a taxi from the hotel. We would go back again."
