"The hotel is fabulous. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Ours had two bedrooms and a beautiful see view that we enjoyed from the balcony. They offer a great variety of food across all buffet meals. It's fair to say that mainly cater for the British with roast dinners every night and full English breakfast in the mornings, but there was also grilled meats and fish, pasta and pizza stations, traditional Mojo from Canarias and lovely starters and desserts. My son really enjoyed the chocolate fountain! But the best of all is the service. Across the board all staff went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We'll definitely be coming back. Thank you everyone for such dedication. I genuinely never been in a hotel were the staff was as caring and thoughtful as in Paradise Park."

"Maria @reception was my favourite, helpful friendly, she made time to speak to me. I valued E103, my nest for 5 left vely days. Having requested a quiet location, it was perfect. There was no apartment above me, in fact the complex is designed this way. Wished that I was able to participate in the outdoor yoga classes. Wanted to check out the library though time was too short. There was a helpful, cheerful bar tender from Calandria & I loved how she ensured my cava glass was filled to the brim! I liked the spacious interior of my apartment, cosy beds, plenty cutlery & hot water. There could have been more crockery & it would have been useful if condiments like salt & pepper were supplied."

"At the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly which was a nice added touch. The hotel was very clean. We had half board. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent with lots of choice, and there was entertainment every evening. The hotel was in nice quiet area, but if you walk along the promenade which was close by you find several beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and other activities. Playa de las Americas is about a 15 minutes walk although it is easy to catch a taxi from the hotel. We would go back again."
