"This was a wonderful little gem of a place! I was so glad we found it when planning our trip. Very well maintained, the staff was so helpful and kind, and the hot springs were wonderful. We never felt like there was a lot of people around - which led to a very relaxing stay. Extra bonus was enjoying the animals from the farm randomly around the grounds. Would definitely come back here and bring our whole family!"

"I stayed at the Magic Mountain Hotel and encountered several issues during my stay. There were security concerns as someone knocked on our door after 10 PM, and when we called the provided security number, there was no response, leaving us feeling scared. The hotel lacked laundry service, and the front desk staff were not very customer service-oriented. Although breakfast was included, the menu was the same every day, which became monotonous. The hotel provided coupons for pool towels, but no towels were actually available, and they seemed very stingy about distributing them. Additionally, the check-out time was listed as 2 PM on Expedia, but the hotel changed it to 12 PM after booking, which was frustrating."
