"Had to wait to check in my room, wasn’t any available. Paid extra for my reservation to get breakfast front desk couldn’t explain how the breakfast ticket worked. The only plug in the bathroom has a short so couldn’t blow dry hair for more than 3 seconds at a time. Shower door was hard to slide. Just expected better from Sheraton "
