"Great place to layover in Heathrow. Very close to the airport, there's a shuttle (that costs money), so if you are more than 1 traveler taking a cab or Uber is actually cheaper. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Loved the place and will definitely use it next time we need to"

I later saw the Starbucks near the lobby wish Id known I would have gone there. Beds were comfy, staff were helpful and polite. Will stay again."

You could hear every single car through the closed window, someone's car alarm sounded in the middle of the night. Next time the house undergoes a refurbishment they ought to put another layer of windows at this room. "
