"I normally do not leave reviews but the service at Delta London Armouries was exceptional! As soon as I arrived, staff was there to offer help unloading my luggages and there to answer questions. Check in was very easy, my room was clean, and everything was easy to navigate. Parking was close by and not too expensive! The next morning, my friend was not feeling well and the front desk offered us late checkout which was very much appreciated. The best hotel stay I have ever had and I will definitely be back to a Delta hotel!"

"We stayed two night here the first night we noticed a small burn hole in one of the blankets. We spoke to the night staff person an told them about it. On check a out they accused myself an my wife of burning a hole in the blanket. She doesn't smoke she vapes. myself I am allergic to smoke. We tried emailing the manger twice an nothing back. One last thing is I must have step on butts outside an throw it in the trash. For doing those things we lost out on our deposit so be careful "
