We were also disappointed in the lack of communication by staff. We found them to be very reserved. On trips on the free shuttle to coco mart, the driver didn’t say a word to us. "Beautiful authentic Balinese villa. The resort itself was beautiful was very unexpected as I don't think there are many pictures of it. Bed was big and comfortable and had a mosquito net around it which was useful. All the amenities were functioning and clean, and the outside bathroom was lovely. "Lovely staff, couldn’t do enough for you. Hotel basic but for the price it’s very reasonable! The garden area is nice and peaceful, however the location to central UBUD is about 30 minute walk!"

Since it's a forest looking area, keep in mind, there will be a lot of insects. The room we got have a mosquito net.
