"From the minute we arrived at the hotel we received a warm welcome …even when we accidentally arrived through the back door! Staff were friendly and helpful. We found our room to be great. We used the gym twice and thought it was good. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the subway. We loved the live jazz music which was on twice during our stay. The food in the bar was great both evenings. Overall this hotel was a good base for us and we would stay there again. "
