"My room was cosy, had tea and coffee making facilities, a warm, clean and comfortable bed, a heater if i needed it and a wonderful view. The shower wasnt the best but the water from the sink was always hot. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Very easy instructions to get in using the key safe box in the porch. A choice of breakfasts that is sent before you arrive you just had to let Heather have by 8.30 the night before by txting on WhatsApp very easy. Lovely clean room with shower, loo and tv. Great WiFi. Breakfast was delicious and I had different options and Heather kindly stocked up the milks tea and coffee as I was there for 5 days. Quiet area within walking distance of the train station 10 mins max and a lovely marina across...

"This property is beautiful and well maintained. The area is walkable to many different adventures around the city. We were able to grocery shop 5 min away and the school is about 15 minute walk.
