"Booked last minute for an impromptu birthday treat. Hotel were very accommodating, ensuring we got served food even though we arrived after last orders had been taken. Food arrived promptly and was delicious. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices in both the contintal and cooked options. The only downside was having to walk past toilets, which were really smelly, to get to and from our room. Smell had gone by morning after the cleaners arrived so didnt overly spoil an otherwise excellent stay."

"We stayed in an accessible superior lodge which offered lots of room to manoeuvre in my all-terrain powerchair. The staff were welcoming and friendly and so kind to my assistance dog. Overall a lovely spot to enjoy North Wales. "

"Just got back from a lovely few days. The outside of the property is run down but the areas that matter are lovely. The breakfast was really nice and the pool was an added bonus. "Fabulous stay here. Stunning location full of history and the grounds are beautiful. The staff were lovely, helpful, professional and the food at breakfast and the evening meals were delicious.
