"The property is undergoing renovations, which is great, and didn't interfere with any amenities or the stay overall. The room was spacious and clean, excellent water pressure and hot water! Hotel itself was quiet and was so convenient to the shopping strip in Downtown Fredericksburg. Breakfast area was small but sufficient. Few hot options but coffee was great and waffles are always a great option to see. Overall, would recommend for a short stay to visit downtown. "

"The hotel was ok, the staff was friendly, but the town of Johnson City was not welcoming to visitors. We went to a local bar in town and they would not serve us. All of the residential streets were blocked with residents only signs. I will not be returning to Johnson City EVER. If i were you, find somewhere else to go."
