"Each member of the staff was fantastic. Location was perfect. We stayed 1 night in huge apartment with sauna, it was really spacious, the second night we stayed in regular room it was very tiny but at the same time very comfortable. The only thing what I would change in the room is tv, They have really small one, even in a small room it will be great if they will find a way to put a big tv. "The all-in-one hotel is a short drive to the Celerina Gondola. We used it on a ski trip. They have assigned lockers for ski equipment, a good breakfast bar, and offer meals with a limited menu. It was reasonably priced compared to other options. The laundry machines were free. The interior is stark, with bare concrete walls and hard floors. We would stay there again."

"I really loved this property and truthfully cannot complain much about it. The area was beautiful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only downside was that not every employee treated me at the same level as some of the other guests. I believe this was due to my age. However, while checking in, the couple in front of me were given a lot of information regarding the spa, breakfast, ski shuttle, and more amenities. I was simply given the room key and had to ask multiple questions about the hotel and all it had to offer. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay and loved the hotel. "
