I wish the room had air conditioning and no tea/coffee in the room which would have been nice so only gave 4 stars for that. The room/hotel is fairly old but has been reno'd slightly. "Not made welcome by staff except the chiefs at breakfasts and young receptionist who made the only effort all week to communicate with our skiing group of four. Hotel heating broken room very hot first day, but no heating there after for the week however towel rail was warm in en-suite. Floors dirty and towels very shabby. "This hotel is fine. Next to the slopes . A few steps to get up to the lift . Livigno is good, plenty of scope for skiing . We did half board , but wouldn’t next time . The resort is much cheaper than France. So eating out was cheap . The food in the hotel was fine … but not really to our taste . We parked underground at the hotel . Room was basic , …but fine . We had a good break "

"This property appears to have remodeled and non remodeled apartments. Apt 9 is not remodeled and on the third floor ( no elevator). The bath and bedroom ceilings slope and are dangerous for anyone over 6’. They claim it has three twin beds but it’s really two twins and a cot. This apt comes with no hand soap ( I’ve stayed in hotels in Cambodia and Laos that provide hand soap), no dish soap, no sponge or dish towel to clean dishes ( kitchen did have one hand towel. Kitchen did have basic dishes...
