"Not made welcome by staff except the chiefs at breakfasts and young receptionist who made the only effort all week to communicate with our skiing group of four. Hotel heating broken room very hot first day, but no heating there after for the week however towel rail was warm in en-suite. Floors dirty and towels very shabby. "Each member of the staff was fantastic. Location was perfect. We stayed 1 night in huge apartment with sauna, it was really spacious, the second night we stayed in regular room it was very tiny but at the same time very comfortable. The only thing what I would change in the room is tv, They have really small one, even in a small room it will be great if they will find a way to put a big tv. I will recommend this hotel to everyone."

"It’s a very simple hotel in the center of the village, with a very basic breakfast selection (if you want orange juice, they charge EUR 5.5). It’s not ski-in ski-out, the shower is very small, there’s no minibar, and the room temperature control wasn’t working. The staff were very attentive"
