"Everything went according to plan.The only negative comment we have was the litter in the street but the whole of London was grubby. This is not helped by large numbers of dogs using christmas displays and planters as a toilet.We hope to stay again at this property.Friendly staff."

"I miss the mirror in the bedroom. The mirror in the bathroom was too far so it was difficult to get a good visibility of the face. We miss the microwave very much. "

"We had a great stay at StowAway and will certainly return in the future. The room was big, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in fantastic location to Waterloo so made travelling around the city easy and convenient."

"The apartment was spacious. The staff were nice and accommodated our early arrival needs. It was convenient to get to the King’s College on Strand and walkable to many iconic streets and places. We highly recommend it. "

"Was a little difficult to find at first but otherwise was a pretty good stay! "

"This property made me fall in love with London. We were literally close to all the tourist spots like Buckingham Palace, London Eye, museums, shopping, pubs, restaurants, transportation, and culture. Staying in this 2 bedroom flat gave each of us space and made our stay so much more comfortable. A beautiful flat with all the amenities you will need. "

"I was traveling with a service animal.. I was told hrs after checking “ no pets” explained not a pet.. had two men bang on my door asking me to leave immediately and numerous texts to leave. It was a rainy Sunday evening they didn’t care. The lock to the apartment was broken and they rather harass a tenant than fix the security issue. "Excellent apartment very spacious with everything you could need. Bonus of balcony with fantastic views. Minute walk to Waterloo station. Only reason not given 5 stars is that sofa bed was not good for sleeping and we needed this for amount of guests. Overall would totally reccomend"

"The property is well maintained. Location is perfect , we were able to walk to quiet a few attractions. I believe we had queen bed in reservation , we got 2 doubles instead which are tucked side by side. Not sure if that is standard practice but that was a little uncomfortable to share. I will give 10 stars for the staff at the front desk and breakfast area, always approachable and responsive. "

"Hotel was very nice and in a great location. Just a few minutes walk to Big Ben. Regular room (accessible) was a very good size. King bed and bedding were very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was okay. Fairly large selection. They moved a lot of people through the breakfast area quickly. Staff was friendly. Everything was very clean and well kept. We stayed here based on a recommendation and I would also recommended and stay here again. "

"very good location right beside Dominion Theatre & TCR tube & Elizabeth line stations plus buses to jus about everywhere. stairs on entry to hotel a pain but disabled “lift” made arrival with luggage accessible. quick efficient friendly check in, quick lift and renovated single room perfect with even fridge, safe, A/C TV too complicated (I never did get it to work!) woul stay again & recommend "
