"We really enjoyed our stay! The room was fairly clean and warm. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were clean. There was a little dust in the bathroom but it was otherwise very clean. Nothing of concern! The breakfast was great! Lots of options and very filling. Easy to check in and out. Not a lot of noise. It was a good area of town. Overall would highly recommend. The room was bigger than we expected it to be. We had four people in a family room. "

"We had a great friendly welcome by Lauren the room was very clean and the food was excellent we would definitely recommend the hotel. It was as others have said very close to the American Embassy I would definitely stay there again."

"Couldn't fault location and friendly service. Bed was very big fir the size of the room which meant not mych manoeuvre space. But it was comfortable. Communal areas and breakfast were spot on. Room could have been a bit cleaner. Lovely touch of fresh flowers everywhere "

"Stayed only 2 nights. Hotel was very big our room was very far from the elevator. Otherwise it was a beautiful hotel. It was walking distance to the aquarium and the London Eye. Had a wonderful stay. "

"Very close to a London Underground station and many dining options around including bakeries and small grocery stores, and several restaurants. The room was clean, bed was big and comfortable; a little noise from the station but not bad at all. Walkable to Westminster area across the river as well. "
