"Lovely modern hotel, we had room with balcony. It was a nice stay, we just got woken early by cleaners up and down corridor at 8am. Other than that it was comfortable, modern, great views, well equiped, room has mini fridge, bottles of water, tea, coffee, biscuits, and robes. Great reception staff friendly and accommodating. Thank you"

"Great experience all round, every single member of staff we interacted with was a pleasure. Hotel was clean. Lifts were speedy so wasn’t an issue being on third floor. Loads of options for breakfast. Swimming is a book in system which I think should be clearer when booking- however that process was easy and pool was clean too. "

"Very long check in time. Even after being asked what time I would arrive. Room tidy and clean. No modern features like USB ports in room. Executive room and lounge. Sad People allowed to walk out of lounge with bags full of free snacks/drinks. Location great. 2nd visit here. Some obvious letdowns."

"The Richmond used to be a great property but feels neglected of late. Room given initially was so smelly, asked the manager and to his credit changed the room to something more pleasant. Overall, the cleanliness is not great, lots of visible damage to the hotel, but only stayed for one night so made do. Have stayed before an the hotel does have a nice wing which is newer but rest of it was poor and it's the second time I've needed a room change. "

"Enjoyed our stay, was perfect for what we wanted. Staff very helpful and chatty. Bit disappointing that the roof bar area was shut for refurbishment, we werent told this on booking and it was one of the reasons i had made the booking. The place is tired and in need of renovation which i believe they're in the process of doing. Super convenient to Liverpool one and some great bars and restaurants nearby. Would recommend as a base for anyone."
