"aThe room we booked was really comfortable and clean on arrival. We were called and told that we could check in early the day before arrival, but on arrival we were told that it was a busy night and the room wasn’t ready. It wasn’t a problem because the gentleman on reception was super helpful and very friendly. He gave us a discount code for the shopping centre car park and we explored city centre because the location of this hotel is perfect! All the staff were friendly and helpful, we asked for more towels and they were on the beds in 5 minutes. The kitchen had all the facilities you could need for an overnight stay and was a really great addition."

"The room itself was good - clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location as shops and nightlife is a walkable distance. Would definitely stay here again if price was reasonable. My only issue was that in the few days beforehand I was trying to arrange an early check-in but was unable to contact anyone. Tried messaging through Expedia and FB but no reply received. I also tried calling the telephone number but it kept saying to call back later. "
