"Amazing front desk services! Gentleman was super nice and friendly and offered us an update from our 1 king bed to 2 queens because he noticed we had our 7 year old daughter with us free of charge. When we ordered take out pizza and the place forgot to give us plates, I called the front desk and they provided us with some plastic ones. "The first room I got had a super loud heater (I mean louder than a car engine, it was clearly broke) and the guy at the front gave me a bit of an attitude, but I shut it down quick by telling him "I'm not here to argue. You just give me a different room. And you should've had that fixed before you gave anybody the room". Other than that, it's pretty good. The new room they gave me is fine."

"The hotel is clean and conveniently located to San Jose State University. It is under the flight plan to San Jose airport so the airport noise is loud and the traffic on the street is also loud."

"Easy access to beach, dining and other shops. Plenty of parking. Easy access to event we were in town to attend. Carpets need cleaning or replacing. I asked for ground floor but had to climb stairs to 2nd floor. No elevator and I'm a senior with bad knees."
