"The staff was fantastic. Front desk staff was very accommodating. They booked us early morning transport and transport to Heathrow for very reasonable prices. Having worked in the hospitality business for over 20 years I can appreciate how hard all of the staff worked for a 5 star stay for my daughter and myself. Train station and subway only two blocks away was a bonus. Room service was also very good. "

"A group of 7 women visiting London during a hot as hell week. Wesley was very communicative prior to our check in and during. The AC worked well but Wesley delivered fans to help keep the hot flashes at bay and when we blew a fuse he immediately responded and resolved the issue despite the late hour. "We had a perfect getaway starting with the contact we had from the host a week before our arrival. Lindsey gave us great information on checking in and the area around the home. Once at home it was better in person than online and beautifully decorated for the holiday. The area is quiet but perfectly located for getting around on the tubes.
