"Wonderful location and waterfront property. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Downside, it’s a bit dated though they are working on that. For example, our water view suite had updated flooring and decent bedding but definitely needed some updates to the kitchen and the water stains on the ceiling. Not a five star resort by any means, but the location, friendly and responsive staff as well as the beautiful waterfront grounds make up for it. "

"Great location 40 miles from KW, short drive to 7 mile bridge. House was clean and ready to move me. Interesting note up stairs and down staires has seprate entrances. Over all loved it and would stay again"

Noticeable small upkeep projects such as light bulbs, chalking around tubs, clean up under house and in wooded area around house due to ocean debris in the main house could be better maintained.
