"I was very disappointed in this hotel stay for several reasons. 1. The bed was so high above the floor, even with my wife and I NOT being short people, we had to "climb up" into the bed everytime. 2. There were no cups for the coffee maker nor in the bathroom. 3. Neither of the 2 phones in the room worked, so I couldn't even call the front desk about getting cups brought to the room, I had to go downstairs to and get them myself. 4. The hallway going to our room smelled like old rotten...

"So rude and racist cheaper than most in the area cleaner than most but the staff really needs a crash course In customer service. Maintenance however deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ very courteous helpful and always smiling "
