"Very quiet. Rooms are decent. No pets allowed. I booked online and was not ever asked about a pet, but upon arrival I was told no pets whatsoever. I was offered a full refund, but that could've taken days. I was able to find a friend to keep my dog, but I would've had to sleep in my car that night if I wouldn't have found somewhere for her to go. I had no more money and I was trying to get away from my home situation."

"Bed was good and room was clean. Most of it was remodeled and very nice, but oddly there was a dividing door that was old and crooked, and the ceiling above the shower was falling down in one spot. Overall decent for a few nights visiting. No issues. Very tiny TV tho lol."

"Our stay at Best Western was a delightful experience. The rooms were clean & the front desk staff were friendly & accommodating. We enjoyed the King room w/ the jacuzzi tub! Would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in the city! "
