"Great location and staff, very clean and hospitable hotel "

"We booked the Lotte on a whim without knowing much about the hotel and it was a great choice. If you're looking for a hotel with a great pool this is the one for you. Pool is massive and there is barely anyone ever there. Staff are all very attentive and welcoming, rooms are nice. We were a little disappointed we had a SMART TV but no access to Netflix etc. The location is great, close to the water and walkable to other places in D1 like the market. Overall a great few nights at the Lotte."

"Excellent hotel stay at district 1, nearby to malls and attraction such as vincom centre, opera house, subway, ben than market and post office. 30mins from airport. Luxury shops nearby. Classic Room spacious and upgrade to 2 bedroom suite for family of 4. Only thing is bath tube too high for elderly to climb in to shower."

My only possible complaint is that the room was a bit small - but in a city like HCMC who needs to stay in their room for anything but a nights rest?"
