"This was a really excellent stay! The place is cool and stylish. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a separate omelette cook etc. The outside pool and pool bar are great: hot and cold sections! BUT: The most important thing I want to say is this: The staff are amazing! So helpful, nice, smiling, going out of their way to make your stay the best ever. I stayed in four different places during my stay in Vietnam this time (and in about 30 different hotels during the last 12 months) - this is the only one I really felt compelled to write a review about. Want to go back to Ho Chi Minh just to be able to stay here again! "

"Originally booked this hotel due to close proximity to pediatric hospital. My son had a fever the night before we left for the USA and so we needed to get quick access to the hospital if the fever worsened. We checked in at 2300. The front desk still had 2 workers there and there was two bell staff. They unloaded our luggage from the taxi and brought the luggage to our room. It was a very quick check in process and they got us to our room within 5 minutes. Within the hour of checking in, our son's fever worsened. One of the male hotel bell person walked us to the hospital. Upon getting to the hospital gate which was about a 2 minute walk, we noticed the gate was locked. The bell person was able to ask the people around the locked gate and he found out the entrance was at gate 5. He even offered to booked us a grab. My son got discharged from the hospital around 0130. My brother and I decided to walk the streets around 0230.Most businesses were closed but there were still plenty of restaurants opened. It was near "Japan Town" and so most of the food was Japanese. We ordered food from a Japanese restaurant that was opened 24/7. We returned to the room and ate. Room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean. Mattress was very comfortable. My brother was able to sleep on their couch. Fast forward to the next day, I asked the front desk about late checkout. The female staff at the desk allowed us to check out at 1400. Thank you S. Sil for your great hospitality. "

"Location is perfect for sightseeing. Room was a nice size - bed absolutely huge. Clean bathroom with tub and shower. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good too. Kettle in room plus teas and coffees, bathroom amenities included. We heard no traffic noise overnight either which I was surprised out! Recommend for staying in HCMC"
