"We love this hotel and stay every time we visit York if possible. We have tried several others and none quite meet the standard of the Malmaison. We always book the Club Deluxe rooms as they are very spacious, with separate sitting area and huge bathrooms with separate bath and shower, and little touches like Ferrero Rocher, water and Nespresso in the rooms. The location is great and the staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. Also to note, the cocktails are outstanding!"

"There's always a warm welcome at The Minster Hotel, the staff can't do enough for you. The breakfast was excellent as always and even being Coeliac didn't spoil my experience as they catered well for me. The room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. There is secure parking on the premises, to the rear, which is great as you can leave your car there during your stay and it's only a very short walk to the centre of the city. We have stayed a number of times and will continue to stay in the future 😊 "
