"My family and I had a great time staying here for our first time on Little Gasparilla Island! We came with a 2 and 4 year old and were nervous about packing for a week trip on an island with little ones but Lisa and Chris did everything possible to make it all easier and a perfect trip. Was pleasantly surprised with the size and quality of the washer/dryer doing so much laundry with a young family. The hosts were SO GOOD at communicating to make sure that we could navigate having a seamless trip despite being on an island. We didn't leave the island once between our arrival and departure and found so many neat sharks teeth. Locals and frequenters are all so kind and helpful! The soundproofing between the condos was surprisingly impressive! Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!"

"I can't say enough great things about this house. The location was awesome. A very short walk to the beach, a bit longer of a walker to the dock (but it's really close too, especially if you have a golf cart). The dock is a shared dock. We shared with two other boats while there. It wasn't a problem. I only point it out because me telling the golf cart rental company that it was a "private dock" caused some confusion. The outdoor shower was awesome. We got home last Friday. We're almost done building our own outdoor shower at home. That's how much we loved it. The house was stocked with everything we needed AND MORE! The only negative thing I can say is that the master bed was very noisy although still comfortable. There was a box for a bed frame there though. So, I'm assuming it's being replaced with something quieter. The house is beginning to have some updates done (bathrooms have been redone and some fresh paint elsewhere), but what's not been updated was no problem at all. Everything was spacious and clean. Random bonus here: We did not lock the doors a single time during our week. That was such a pleasant, little surprise. As a kid, we never locked our doors at home. We do now. Being able to feel so safe and relaxed to not need a locked door was awesome. We had no issues whatsoever and John was a wonderful host. We truly enjoyed our stay here. We'll def be back!"

"This is a perfect beach family getaway. We saw all of our favorite things on LGI- osprey, dolphins, manatees and Tortoise. The Condo was perfect and you couldn’t beat ocean views."

"We had a wonderful week on Little Gasparilla Island and in this home. They had beach chairs and beach towels available in addition to a wonderful, comfortable home that has been very recently renovated. The house sits right at the beach with an outdoor shower at the end of the boardwalk. The views from the house are just as amazing as being on the beach. The main master view was my favorite. If you love the simplest, most low key beach life then this is the place!!"

"We’ve been coming down to LGI for 18 years. This condo ranks as one of our favorites! It was so well stocked, clean, updated, & had an amazing view. Owners are very responsive and we absolutely loved our time on the island. Arrival & departure were probably the smoothest we’ve ever had! Already booked for next year!"

"We created some lasting family memories here! Amazingly clean home stocked with everything you need, and most of what you want in terms of a day at the beach and cooking meals in the kitchen. The lower level space and outside shower were surprise highlights of our week! A few FYIs: if you don't have a boat, make water taxi reservations well in advance and plan to pay at least $80+tip each way (5 people). Also, all 3 bedrooms are on the top floor with a narrow staircase access (see photos).This was no problem for us, but might be for others. We highly recommend this home!!"
