My son and I were in Boca Grande for a tarpon fishing charter, and we opted not to stay in a hotel. I'm so glad I discovered this gem!Typically, pictures don’t do justice to a property, but I was pleasantly surprised. The condo was immaculate and decorated with a professional touch. The amenities exceeded my expectations, and the beautiful deck was perfectly illuminated at night, creating a lovely atmosphere.If you’re planning to travel with a large group, I highly recommend securing the two villas on the second floor for an unforgettable time. The condo had a TV with multiple apps already set up, making entertainment easily accessible.From the plush bathrobes waiting on my bed to the binder filled with helpful recommendations, every detail was thoughtfully arranged. This property by far surpassed any place I've ever stayed in. Kudos to the host for providing such an exceptional experience. "Our family loved this cottage! This is our 2nd trip to LGI, and it has proven to be the best break away from all the “busy”. The cottage is nestled in the middle of the island and the perfect distance from the dock and the beach both ways. We enjoyed the slower pace and naps in the screened in porch. Everything we needed was already provided and it made for an easy stay. It was a touch too windy to paddle in the bay or ocean, but that didn’t stop us from combing the beach for shark’s teeth and shells. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us! "

"The property was just as described. Everything was comfortable and decorated so nicely. Had everything we needed and then some. Was a quick walk to the beach. There is a place outside to rinse off all your sand, the owner was easy to get in touch with and very nice. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again!! Currently there is still so much devastation from the relentless back to back hurricanes. Please be respectful for those that lost so much. "
